1. Research-use only

All products are sold strictly for lawful laboratory research and analytical use. Products are not intended for human consumption, self-administration, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.

2. No pharmacy, compounding, or medical-provider status

Meta Labs Research Supply is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, 503A pharmacy, 503B outsourcing facility, medical provider, or prescribing entity. No Meta Labs Research catalog listing is represented as an FDA-approved drug product or as suitable for human use, animal use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, injection, or clinical application. We do not compound, mix, reconstitute, alter, set amounts for use, prescribe, dispense, or prepare products for human or animal use. Products offered are intended only for qualified laboratory research purposes where lawful.

3. Product handling and reconstitution

Products are listed in their original research form. Meta Labs Research does not mix, dilute, compound, reconstitute, aliquot, prepare, or provide instructions for use.

BAC is listed only as a separate research supply. Do not infer suitability for any use from its placement near other catalog items. Meta Labs Research does not provide reconstitution, dilution, injection, administration, sterility, or clinical-use guidance.

4. No approval, equivalence, or use representation

Catalog listings are not represented as FDA-approved drug products or as equivalent to any approved commercial formulation. Product names, strengths, prices, inventory status, and COA references do not create any representation of suitability for human use, animal use, injection, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, clinical use, or veterinary use.

5. COA and documentation limits

Certificates, analytical reports, public COA links, and source-site copies are documentation references only. A report may describe the tested sample and listed attributes, but it does not by itself establish sterility, endotoxin status, validated stability, container-closure integrity, clinical safety, lawful use, or that every current inventory unit matches the tested sample. Buyers remain responsible for independent review and controls.

6. Eligibility and buyer responsibility

You must be 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase these products in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying local, state, and federal compliance before ordering.

7. Orders, pricing, and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices may be updated without notice. Checkout is processed by Square. Card data is handled by Square and not stored by this site.

8. Shipping and returns

Shipping windows, delivery terms, and return eligibility are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Shipping is limited to addresses in the United States. International orders are not accepted. By placing an order, you agree that orders under $300 merchandise subtotal include a $15 shipping fee, all sales are final except where a mandatory legal right applies, and approved return shipping costs are customer responsibility unless required by law.

9. No medical advice or claims

Site content is informational only and is not medical advice. No statement on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

10. Affiliate and promotional conduct

Affiliates, referrers, reviewers, and other promotional partners may not make medical, human-use, animal-use, dosage, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, performance, or outcome claims. Any material connection to Meta Labs Research, including a referral code, commission, discount, free product, or other benefit, must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in the same post, video, email, or placement where the promotion appears.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meta Labs Research is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages related to site use, product misuse, or legal non-compliance by the purchaser.
