Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Meta Labs Research collects and uses personal information.
1. Information we collect
We may collect contact and United States shipping-address information you submit, order metadata, product selections, and technical data such as IP address and user-agent for security and fraud prevention. When you use secure guest order lookup, we process the order reference and checkout email to verify access by a one-time code.
2. How we use information
We use collected data to process orders, respond to inquiries, send inventory notifications, deliver order and tracking notices, attribute affiliate referrals, maintain site security, and improve platform reliability. Site analytics use limited event details such as page, product, cart, and checkout actions; customer email addresses are not sent with those events.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Square. Payment card details are collected directly by Square and are governed by Square's privacy and security standards.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run checkout, hosting, and operations, or as required by law.
5. Order access and delivery records
Guest order access uses short-lived, signed cookies. Operational email records store hashed order and recipient identifiers with the message type and whether the outgoing mail provider accepted the send. These records do not establish final inbox delivery.
6. Customer reviews
A customer with a verified paid order may submit service feedback. Reviews are moderated, and an approved review publishes the submitted display name, rating, topic, and review text. Product-effect, dosing, human-use, and personal health claims are not accepted for publication.
7. Data retention
We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, and accounting purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
